一人旅

とてもよかったです。
機械音痴なので、一人で設定しなきゃ行けない緊張感で、パニックになって見知らぬ若者に助けて貰居ましたが、その後は何のトラブルもなく使用する事が出来ました。とても楽しい旅になりました。ただ、電話が繋がらないので、緊急時はちょっと困りました。

The eSIM profile is downloaded from the internet, therefore you need to be connected the internet.

The eSIM has been set up, but it cannot be activated because you are not at your destination. Please check again after you arrive at your destination.

The eSIM cannot be reinstalled once it has been deleted. The same eSIM will no longer be usable. Please be aware that returns, exchanges, and refunds are not possible even if the eSIM is accidentally deleted. Also, you cannot transfer your profile when changing your device.

eSIMs are sent to you immediately after purchase. Returns, exchanges, and refunds cannot be accepted for any reason.

Due to filtering or automatic sorting functions, the email may have ended up in the "Promotions Folder" or "Junk Mail Folder." If you have not received the email after checking again, please contact us using the inquiry form .

■Product Details
●This unlimited eSIM is recommended for those who visit South Korea for travel or business.
●In order to use this eSIM, you must register your personal information (Please see more details in Manual page). Please install the eSIM that will be sent to you after registration.
You can access the registration of personal information page from the QR code sent by email after purchase.
●Telecommunications services are provided by KT, a major Korean telecommunications company, for safe and stable use.
●There are six plans: 3, 5, 7, 10, 20, 30 days. * Please select the product according to the number of days when you purchase.
●You can only receive incoming calls and SMS in South Korea with this eSIM. Please note that this phone number cannot be used for the local identity verification.
●This eSIM has an expiration date. Please purchase within one month of the start date of use. You can check the eSIM expiration date on the personal information registration page.
●There is no need to replace the SIM card you use mainly. Simply install and set up the eSIM and you can use data, incoming calls and SMSs in South Korea with your smartphone.

■Points to Note before Purchasing
●Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available after purchase.
●The product names for the eSIM QR codes displayed after purchase are written in Japanese. For the product names in English, please refer to here.
●Operation is not guaranteed on Android devices and others. Please note that we cannot guarantee or support any issues that may occur when installing on those.
●A separate internet connection is required to download and install the eSIM.
●Once you delete an installed eSIM profile, you cannot reinstall it. In addition, you cannot transfer the profile when changing your model.
●To use this service, you need an eSIM- compatible device or SIM - free device. Click here to check which devices can install the VOYAGEESIM.
●If your data usage exceeds 3GB per day, your communication speed will be limited to a maximum of 5Mbps. The speed limit will be lifted after 24 hours.
●Usage begins from the moment you first start to use data in South Korea, and the days are counted in 24-hour increments.
