To solve any concerns regarding installation, configuration, or communication in your destination country, we offer a refund policy.
Eligibility Conditions
・First-time purchaser of VOYAGEESIM.
・The refund request, made within one month of the purchase date.
・One of the following reasons:
(i) eSIM-imcompatbile devices.
(ii) SIM-locked devices.
(iii) When you canceled the trip.
(iv) Couldn't use the internet during the trip. etc.
Non-eligibility Conditions
・The eSIM activated and had a usage record.
・If communication provider suspends the service due to fraudulent use or similar reasons.

1. Contact us through the Chat icon provide the following details:
・Order number
・The reason for the refund
2. Send screenshots with the current settings of your device.
3. We will refund once we verify with the service provider that the eSIM was not used. It will be processed using your original payment method.
Example: For credit card payments, the refund will be processed by the credit card company.
*Refund processing may take up to 30 business days.
