About our refund policy

We have set a new refund policy for VOYAGE eSIM effective October 17th. Previously, we were unable to offer refunds or exchanges after purchasing an eSIM, but we will provide refunds under the following conditions.

Conditions for refund : You must be a first-time purchaser of VOYAGEE SIM.
- You must request a refund within one month of the purchase date.
The reason for the refund is as follows:
① When you cannot install an eSIM because your device is not eSIM-compatible. ② When you cannot install an eSIM because your device is SIM-locked. ③ When your trip is canceled. ④ When you are unable to use the device locally. etc.
