Q: After completing the eSIM setup on the smartphone that I am going to use in travel, the message "Unable to activate eSIM" is displayed.

A: After installing the eSIM, you will see the following message because you cannot receive a signal outside of South Korea. However, the eSIM has already been set up. Please refer to the manual below and activate it.

Once you arrive in South Korea, you will be able to use the phone as it will pick up KT signals. If the "Out of Service" message appears after you arrive in South Korea, please restart the phone several times.
